Dr.Paul Whittaker and his sister, Mary, a Church of Scotland Minister will be visiting St Peter's Church in Wootton, Abingdon on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th October.
Both Paul and Mary are profoundly deaf but will be running workshops on the 9th October and then leading the 10am service at St. Peters on the 10th.
Paul founded the Music and the Deaf Trust, but now works freelance signing (BSL) concerts, shows and leads a few signing choirs. He is also Lay-Canon of Wakefield Cathedral.

Saturday October 9th
2pm—3.15pm: Children of Junior & Senior School ages (learn some songs and SIGN them)
3.45pm—5.15pm: Adults : A session covering: Being deaf; BSL; Songs & Signing; Q & A.
These sessions are for any interested people, who are deaf, hard of hearing or hearing people.
Costs: Children’s Workshop - £2.50; Adults - £5.00; (Pay on the day)
